Yield: 5 Nutty Berry Bites.Ingredients1 scoop vanilla pea-based protein powder (like @Nuzest_usa Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein)1 scoop @Nuzest_usa Just Fruit & Veg, Wild Berry1 scoop peanut flour, use Nuzest scoop (like @Anthonysgoods)⅓ cup applesauce1 teaspoon alcohol free vanilla2 teaspoons coconut nectar, or preferred liquid sweetener1 tablespoon almond butterDesired toppings (shown with cacoa nibs and strawberries)Method:Add dry ingredients to a medium size mixing bowl and combine. Add applesauce, vanilla, coconut nectar, and almond butter. Stir to combine. Scoop approximately 2 tablespoons of mixture into palms and gently roll into 2 inch balls. Eat as is, or roll ball in desired toppings.
