Dark Cocoa Donuts In my book…the darker the chocolate the better. This dark cocoa donut fits the bill when it comes to a chocolate lovers dream. Rich chocolate flavor with a perfectly texture of a tender cake donut. Indulge a little, but without the guilt! Top your creation as desired. Makes 6 donuts. Ingredients1 cup oats½ cup chocolate vegan protein powder (like @Nuzest_usa Rich Chocolate Clean Lean Protein)½ cup cocoa powder1 tablespoon molasses⅓ cup applesauce1 tablespoon coconut nectar¼ cup coconut oil¼ cup coconut flour (like @anthonysgoods)2 tablespoons ground flax (soaked for 5 minutes with 1/2 cup water)1/2 cup water1 teaspoon baking soda1 teaspoon baking powderPinch of salt Method: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Add oats to food processor and process on high for 30 seconds. Add all remaining ingredients and process until combined. Transfer dough to a gallon sized ziplock bag. Cut the bottom corner and pipe into a well oiled silicone donut mold.Bake for 25 minutes.
