Ice Cream Cone PieTook a few days off this week to write a Bible Study Fellowship lecture for Romans 2…but that is now in the bag! Praise !!! Back in the kitchen with full force and inviting you to experience your favorite childhood treat in a new way. Ice cream cones as a pie! The “nice” cream filling is made with frozen bananas and swirled with homemade caramel…while the crust has uncooked quinoa lending a slight crunch with each bit. Takes a little patience…but as is with most good things, totally worth the way! Blessings and hugs to you all this last day of September!
