Dark Cocoa Donuts In my book…the darker the chocolate the better. This dark cocoa donut fits the bill when it comes to a chocolate lovers dream. Rich chocolate flavor with a perfectly texture of a tender cake donut. Indulge a little, but without the guilt! Top your creation as desired. Makes 6 donuts. Ingredients1 cup oats½ cup chocolate vegan protein powder (like @Nuzest_usa Rich Chocolate Clean Lean Protein)½ cup cocoa powder1 tablespoon molasses⅓ cup applesauce1 tablespoon coconut nectar¼ cup coconut oil¼ cup coconut flour (like @anthonysgoods)2 tablespoons ground flax (soaked for 5 minutes with 1/2 cup water)1/2 cup water1 teaspoon baking soda1 teaspoon baking powderPinch of salt Method: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Add oats to food processor and process on high for 30 seconds. Add all remaining ingredients and process until combined. Transfer dough to a gallon sized ziplock bag. Cut the bottom corner and pipe into a well oiled silicone donut mold.Bake for 25 minutes. Just toss a few heart-healthy ingredients into your food processor and within a few minutes your family will be swooning with smiles! (Adapted from www.chefambershae.com 5-minute blondies) Ingredients1 scoop @Nuzest_usa Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein1 cup cashews1 cup almonds½ cup walnuts½ teaspoon of salt, or to taste1 teaspoon alcohol free vanilla½ cup prunes½ cup dates, pitted½ cup cacao nibs (like this at @sunfood) Method: Place cashews, almonds, and walnuts in food processor and pulse until nuts are broken into smaller pieces (but not finely ground). Add Nuzest, salt, and vanilla. Process by pulsing just to combine. Turn processor to high and while running, gradually add prunes and dates. Continue until mixture begins to pull and stick together. Add cacao nibs and pulse several times just to incorporate.Press mixture into silicone muffin molds, packing firmly. A perfect combination of crunchy outside and tender inside, these baked cauliflower bites are reminiscent of popular poultry nuggets. After you try just one, you will want to make sure you have a second batch ready for yourself! (adapted from @chocolatecoveredkatie’s Shake and Bake Cauliflower on her website) Ingredients1 head of cauliflower, chopped into small florets (the smaller they are, the better the crunch)¾ cup almond milk2 tablespoons avocado oil1 teaspoon sea salt½ cup nutritional yeast2 scoops @Nuzest_usa Just Natural Clean Lean Protein1 cup organic, ground cornmeal Method: Preheat oven to 425 degrees.Add milk, oil, salt, nutritional yeast, and Nuzest to a small bowl and whisk by hand until smooth.
